ARTIST COMMEMORATES VATICAN SEX ABUSE

May 19, 2010: In reaction to the storm of allegations regarding the systemic and conspired pedophilia within the Catholic Church, Canadian artist Brian Rushton Phillips releases the first print in a new series commemorating the Church's deviance.

Entitled 'The Bad Shepherd', the dissertation juxtaposes an image of Pope Benedict XVI against images of censorship, predation, and execrable deviation.

Rushton Phillips joins Richard Dawkins and Christopher Hitchens' campaign to arrest the Pope for complicity in these acts of iniquity, providing free download of the artwork for propagation.

The artwork has become part of Project Reason’s permanent online gallery at www.project-reason.org
